1. How can the tampons be removed without string?
The tampon can be easily removed using the integrated cord, by pulling on the cord with your index or middle finger. However, if you are finding it difficult to remove a tampon, we recommend that you adopt a squatting position or sit on the toilet with your legs apart, because the depth of the vagina is the reduced from 8-9 cm to 3-4 cm.

2. Why does my partner feel the tampon during the intercourse, although I stick to the user's instructions?
It is very important that the tampon is inserted deep enough in the vagina - namely, with one flat, round side directly in front of the neck of the uterus. In addition, the vagina of some women, which tend to lack of lubrication can be very dry after the insertion of the tampon. In that case we recommend to put a bit of medical lubrication gel (e.g. the Original AQUAglide) on the tampon for a smoother insertion.

3. Why is a color change of the tampons possible?
Discolorations of the Soft-Tampons are rarely possible. Discolorations refer to a simply cause: They can be caused by ultraviolet rays as well as by the oxygen content in our air. Storage in the original box is recommended. Though the Soft-Tampons are individually sterile packed, the special paper of the sterile-packaging is air-permeable, but does not allow any bacteria or germs to pass through. Consequently the discolorations are totally harmless and have absolutely no negative effect on your health.
